The East End Neighborhood Association represents the residents of the East End neighborhood in Memphis, Tennessee. The area is bounded by Poplar Avenue on the North, East Parkway on the East, Union Avenue on the South, and Cooper Street on the West. It is near Overton Square and Overton Park.

The area includes the Overton Parkway Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places (the boundaries of which are Cooper Street, Poplar Avenue, East Parkway, and Madison Avenue).

Neighborhood Meeting

The next quarterly neighborhood meeting will be Thursday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. at Memphis Heritage, Howard Hall, 2282 Madison Avenue.  Our guest speaker will be Mary Baker, Deputy Director of the Memphis and Shelby County Division of Planning and Development.  We also hope to have an update on Overton Square redevelopment and perhaps news of the French Quarter Inn.
